WHY

Throughout the entire process, my main focus was to be part of the video production and to create a content plan for ISTID, aiming to enhance their visibility on social media and on Google search results. However, during the first two weeks, we worked together in a group to prototype a redesigned website. This was because the main goal of the project was to enable ISTID to sell ice cream all year round. Therefore, it was a significant project that involved creating a better social media platform and improving the website, making it possible to book events through it.

HOW

We accomplished this by employing the Google Sprint method to build and test a prototype in just five days, which we did during the first two weeks. During this period, we also defined our target audience, which consisted of individuals aged 35-50 and medium-sized companies. After those two weeks, we began creating our digital solutions. I was focusing on marketing and video production, which was my main area of responsibility. I conducted research on our target audience to understand their triggers and, based on these insights, I was able to easily create a plan for them and also develop video content using the three act story structure.

WHAT

Creating a costumer journey for ISTID

We created a whole new website for ISTID, where we made it possible for customers to book events. We did some SEO-optimizing and used the same keywords on website to get better search results on google. And I was also focus on the digital media and video production to the social media and also for the website
